Salary: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic Agency Sales Manager for sales in Local area. You’ll be responsible for recruiting agents, developing a strong sales team, and driving business growth through local market engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents

-Drive business through the agency channel in the assigned area

-Develop strategies to help agents meet sales targets

-Maintain strong relationships with clients and the community

-Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews

-Work on lead generation via personal and professional networks

Eligibility:

– Graduate in any field

– Minimum 2 years of Field sales experience

– 3–5 years of local residence in Visakhapatnam is mandatory
