Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Agency Sales Officer to recruit, train, and support agents to sell insurance or financial products and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of agents
• Train agents on products and sales strategies
• Help agents achieve their sales targets
• Monitor agent performance and provide support
• Maintain relationships with clients and agents

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
