Job Summary:

The Agency Sales Officer– primary responsibility is leading and guiding a field-based sales team, focusing on revenue generation and client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and support insurance agents.
• Achieve sales targets through the agency channel.
• Motivate agents to increase business and sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

What We Require: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
• Graduation Completion 
• Required all semester marksheets.  
• Preferred local candidate
