About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Agency Sales Team Development Lead to drive agency sales growth by building, developing, and managing a high-performing team of sales agents. You will play a key role in recruiting agents, guiding their success, and helping them achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of sales agents
Set clear sales goals and ensure the team meets targets
Support agents with coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback
Monitor agent performance and address challenges proactively
Build strong relationships with agency partners and clients
Prepare performance reports and share insights with management
Requirements:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
3–6 years of experience in sales, agency development, or team management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
