Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of agents to meet sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive agency growth.
Provide training and product knowledge to new and existing agents.

Build strong relationships with clients and agents to ensure long-term success.
Track sales metrics and report on team progress to senior management.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales or agency management.
