Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and guide a team of agents to achieve personal and team performance goals.
- Regularly assess performance, providing constructive feedback and tailored development plans.
- Design and implement engaging training programs to enhance agent skills and capabilities.
- Work closely with leadership to align agent development with business goals.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation Compulsorily.
- Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing, any sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ Year residential or Native.
