We’re seeking an Agent Development Manager to lead, coach, and inspire agents, driving their performance and growth. This role involves recruiting, training, and guiding agents to meet individual and team goals while aligning with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train agents, ensuring they meet performance targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and personalized development plans.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance agent skills.
- Collaborate with leadership to align agent development with business goals.
- Motivate and recognize high performance, fostering a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3 years of residency/native experience in the area.
