Job Description

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area-specific sales targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in Field Sales
  • Preferred Local candidate
