Job Description
We are urgently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales operations within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area-specific sales targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure the team adheres to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Field Sales
- Preferred Local candidate
