Experience: 3 to 5 Years in Insurance Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance sales executives to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and coach team members to improve productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions and motivational meetings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in any sales or in life Insurance domain.
- Solid understanding of life insurance processes and calculations – death claim, maturity benefit, surrender value.
- Proficiency in creating and executing functional test cases.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
