Key responsibilities:
– Provide ongoing coaching and development to enhance agent performance.
– Identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
– Regularly review agent performance and provide constructive feedback.
– Find and hire amazing advisors and agents to create a strong sales network.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
– Accompany agents on field visits to guide and support their sales efforts.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree compulsory
– 2+ year experience in field sales management
– Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills
– Two wheeler
