Job Summary:
We are hiring a Partner Sales Executive/Manager to develop and manage relationships with insurance partners, agents, and channel associates. This role is responsible for driving business through third-party partners and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage insurance partners, agents, or channel partners
- Drive sales through partner network and ensure target achievement
- Train and motivate partners on products and sales processes
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular support
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand the network
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience in partner/channel sales (preferably in insurance)
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales cycle
