Hiring: Partner Sales Executive – Insurance

Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Role Overview:
We are hiring a driven Partner Sales Executive to manage and grow business through channel partners. The role involves onboarding new partners, enabling them to sell insurance products effectively, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and ongoing support to partners
• Enable partners to sell life/general insurance products
• Conduct regular partner engagement activities and review meetings
• Monitor partner performance and ensure business quality
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years in insurance/channel sales (life/general)
• Strong relationship-building and partner management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Good understanding of insurance products & markets
