Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Partner Sales Executive to manage business partnerships and drive insurance sales through partner networks and associated channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (banks, NBFCs, brokers, etc.)
- Drive insurance sales through partner-generated leads
- Conduct product training and support partner teams
- Monitor partner performance and ensure business targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience in channel/partner sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and proactive in fieldwork
- Two-wheeler preferred for travel
