Job Description
This position entails finding, coaching, and managing a group of people to market life insurance plans. Sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention are the metrics used to gauge success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
– Help motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals
– Spot prospective customers and create new business opportunities
– Uphold and bolster connections with current clientele
– Organize daily sales tasks and offer support to less experienced sales team members
– Monitor sales performance and compile reports for upper management
– Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies.
Qualifications :
– Graduation mandatory.
– 1+ years’ experience in any Field Sales.
– Networking & Relationship Building.
– Industry & Product Knowledge.
– Negotiation & Persuasion.
