Job Role: Area Business Manager
Experience: 2+ Years in Sales
CTC: 3.15 to 5.45 CTC + Incentive + Others Benefits
Location: Churu
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through field sales and referrals
- Sell insurance products to customers
- Maintain and grow customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (mandatory)
- 2–5 years experience in Insurance Sales (Agency / Field /Insurance)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ready for field work
