Job Description

The Area Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned area to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, logistics, and promotional activities.
  • Submit accurate and timely reports on area sales performance and customer insights.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in field sales
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong knowledge of local market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication
  • Ability to work independently
