Job Description
We are Hiring for an Agency channel Sales Manager Domain. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- To strengthen the agency network, agents with high potential should be identified and recruited.
- Collaborate with agencies to align sales and marketing strategies and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with agencies.
- Engage in field visits with agents to understand customer needs and provide hands-on support.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve agents’ product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree compulsory
- 2+ years experience in field sales management
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 years old
