Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance
• Ensure business growth in the assigned territory

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• 2+ Years of Experience in Sales / BFSI / Insurance / Finance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Team handling experience preferred
