Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic  Area Head to manage and guide a team, ensure target achievement, and drive overall performance. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, productivity, and supporting business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve targets
• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team
• Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Track performance and prepare reports
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation completed (Mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales / team handling
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
