• Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers to achieve business goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong agency network.
• Identify new clients and expand business opportunities in the insurance sector.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for growth.
• Monitor performance, generate reports, and build lasting client relationships.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• At least 2 years of proven success in field sales.
• A valid driver’s license and ownership of a bike.
• Preference for candidates based locally.
