We are looking for a Area Manager who can handle a sales team and grow business in the assigned area. The role includes team management, target achievement, and field sales activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle sales targets for the assigned area
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives/agents
Recruit and train new team members
Drive business growth through field sales activities
Develop and execute area-level sales plans
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Monitor daily sales performance and team productivity
Ensure adherence to company policies and processes

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2+ years experience in Field Sales & Marketing
Team handling experience is required
Graduation completed (mandatory)
Good communication and leadership skills
