Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Interaction:
- Go on sales/customer calls to meet with customers and sell various financial solutions to them.
- Achieve the business target each month by generating new business.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, authenticate their concerns, and validate with authorities.
- Recruitment of Agents
- Exercise due diligence at the first level to prevent unauthorized/fraudulent transactions.
- Agent Training and Management:
- Meet potential agents in their respective areas and onboard them.
- Utilize the local agent network effectively.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales target numbers.
- Manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
