Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced area manager to lead and manage the sales team in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations of the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the sales/insurance industry.
• Proven track record in team management and sales target achievement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
