Area Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an Area Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing a strong advisor network and managing field sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors in the assigned area
- Drive sales through field visits and local activities
- Generate leads and convert them into business
- Support advisors during client meetings
- Ensure smooth policy issuance and documentation
Requirements:
- Graduation mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years in sales
- Good communication and presentation skills
