Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and motivation to exceed performance expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management.

Requirement:

Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance sector.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
