SUMMARY

The Area Sales Executive in the insurance sector is a critical sales and distribution channel. It involves recruiting, training, and managing advisor to sell insurance policies.

KEY ROLES:

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance advisor.
  • Identify potential customers and assess their insurance needs.
  • Lead and supervise a team of insurance agents.
  • Manage the overall operations and sales of the agency channel at the branch level.
  • Identify and recruit high-potential advisor for the company.

 

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Sales and target-oriented mindset.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Any graduate
  • 1+ experience in sales
  • 21-38 age
  • Local preferable
