About the Job:
We are hiring an Area Sales Executive to lead and grow our sales team in a specific region. The role involves managing sales targets, developing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Sales Representatives/Executives
Achieve area sales targets and KPIs
Develop and implement regional sales strategies
Identify growth opportunities and new markets
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Monitor team performance and provide training/coaching
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales leadership
Strong communication and team management skills
Bachelor’s Degree is Mandatory
Must be a Local Candidates
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
