Job Summary: An Area Sales Executive in insurance is primarily responsible for driving sales and revenue within a specific geographical region. They focus on building relationships with customers, generating leads, and meeting sales targets by effectively promoting and selling insurance products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, motivate and guide the team members to achieve the sales targets and goals.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and maximize market share.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest insurance products, market trends, and industry best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
