Job Description 

As a Area Sales Executive , you’ll be responsible for creating a productive agency network by guiding advisors to perform and reach their business goals.

 

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver initial and ongoing sales training to new and existing advisors
  • Accompany advisors in field visits for live training
  • Build long-term relationships with advisors and resolve queries
  • Conduct team meetings, training, and development workshops.
  • Track training effectiveness and agent performance improvements

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing (any sector)
  • Knowledge of B2C sales process
  • Local market understanding
  • Field sales or team handling experience preferred
