Job Summary:
Join a growing team and take charge of building a high-performing group of insurance agents. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in recruiting, mentoring, and leading a sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents from scratch.
- Train agents on insurance products, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Conduct regular field visits with agents to help close deals.
- Monitor and drive agent performance against sales targets.
- Foster a high-performance, goal-oriented culture within your team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of field sales or team management experience.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
