Key Responsibilities 
Approach retail shops, agents, and local markets to promote insurance plans
Build a strong customer base in your assigned area
Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Provide after-sales service and support to clients
Report daily/weekly achievements to the team lead

Candidate Requirements 
Minimum Graduate Mandatory
Sales or marketing experience in any field is a Required
Candidate with strong motivation and local area knowledge can apply
Good interpersonal and selling skills
Must be willing to travel within Bankura
