Job Description

Your function is to inspire, coach, and lead sales success while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be tasked with recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors to enhance sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

– Forge strong relationships with both advisors and customers.

– Drive Sales and Business Development.

– Design and implement sales strategies to fulfill business targets.

– Monitor agent performance and deliver required guidance.

– Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.

– Boost sales performance through motivation and coaching.

The necessary candidate’s profile:

– Graduation in any stream of studies.

– Experience: 1-5 years in Sales.

– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
