Area Sales Executive – BFSI

Job Description

Our company want the young, high-energy individuals with a passion for sales and for achieving aspirational targets. This is a sales role for our Agency business.

Functions & Duties:

– Go to various places in order to meet customers, both new and those already established.

– Devise plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

– Lead and assist your sales team in achieving their best performance.

– Gather customer feedback and disseminate it within the company.

– Identify new locations or individuals where we can increase sales.

– Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and prioritize safety in their work.

Candidate Profile:

– Should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales.

– Good communication skills in local language and basic English.

– Able to lead a small team and help them grow.

– Local candidate is most preferable.

Education: Graduation is compulsory here.
