Job Description

An Area Sales Executive – BFSI is responsible for driving sales and revenue generation in a specific geographical region. The role focuses on selling banking or insurance products, building relationships with clients, and ensuring consistent target achievement at the area level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through direct marketing, channel partners, or field visits.
  • Map the territory, segment potential clients, and focus on high-opportunity areas.
  • Train and support partners to drive business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
