An Area Sales Executive – BFSI is responsible for driving sales and revenue generation in a specific geographical region. The role focuses on selling banking or insurance products, building relationships with clients, and ensuring consistent target achievement at the area level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct marketing, channel partners, or field visits.
- Map the territory, segment potential clients, and focus on high-opportunity areas.
- Train and support partners to drive business.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
