Job Description
We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our expanding agency channel in Arambagh. This is a field-based, full-time on-roll position focused on developing a high-performing advisor team and achieving business goals in the life insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
– Reach Monthly Sales Goals: Through advisor performance and interpersonal interaction, reach monthly sales goals.
– Advisor Recruitment: Locate and hire local, skilled life insurance advisors.
– Training & Development: Lead advisors in compliance, market pitch techniques, and product training.
– Customer Acquisition: Use advisor support and field efforts to increase customer outreach and lead conversion.
– Relationship Management: Establish enduring bonds with advisors and clients to guarantee tenacity and renewals.
– Planning and Reporting: Create weekly reports for review, keep an eye on advisor productivity, and track field activity.
– Execution of Sales Strategies: Comply with business objectives while implementing regional plans that cater to the demands of the Arambagh market.
– After-Sales Support: Guarantee prompt problem solving, assistance with claims, and continuous policy maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Qualification: Graduate (any stream) – Mandatory
– Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 year in sales (Insurance, BFSI, FMCG preferred)
– Age: 22 to 40 years
– Location: Must be based in or near Arambagh
