Job Description

Industry: BFSI / Insurance / Field Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
• Provide post-sales service support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report daily/weekly sales performance and market insights.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate
• 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales (Insurance / Banking / FMCG / Telecom preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel within MP.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
