Job Summary:
The Area Sales Head – BFSI is responsible for driving sales performance, managing teams, and expanding market presence within a designated geographical area. They play a crucial leadership role in aligning regional sales activities with overall business goals and delivering growth in products like insurance
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business opportunities.
- Recommend pricing, positioning, or new market entry strategies based on insights.
- Ensure that all area-level operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Recommend pricing, positioning, or new market entry strategies based on insights.
- Track market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service quality and effective complaint resolution.
- Implement initiatives to retain and grow existing customer base.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
