Job Summary:

The Area Sales Head – BFSI is responsible for driving sales performance, managing teams, and expanding market presence within a designated geographical area. They play a crucial leadership role in aligning regional sales activities with overall business goals and delivering growth in products like insurance

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business opportunities.
  • Recommend pricing, positioning, or new market entry strategies based on insights.
  • Ensure that all area-level operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Recommend pricing, positioning, or new market entry strategies based on insights.
  • Track market trends, competitor strategies, and regional business opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through service quality and effective complaint resolution.
  • Implement initiatives to retain and grow existing customer base.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
  • Preferred local candidate.
