Job Summary:

The Area Sales Head- BFSI is responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographical area or region. This role involves setting sales targets, leading and developing sales teams, expanding market reach, and ensuring revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales managers, sales officers, and front-line executives.
  • Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Forecast sales and set performance targets for teams and individual sales executives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the territory.
  • Expand distribution channels, onboard new partners, or increase retail penetration.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate
  • Preferred local candidate.
