Area sales head

Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Head to lead and manage sales operations in a specific region. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing teams, and building strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the sales team across assigned locations
Set sales targets and monitor performance
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Provide training and support to improve team performance
Prepare reports and updates for senior management

Requirements:

Graduation in any field (required)
Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in team leadership
Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel within the area
Experience in insurance, BFSI, or FMCG is a plus
