About the Role:
The Area Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue within their designated area in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Manage and build strong relationships with clients for retention and upsell.
- Report sales activities and progress regularly.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Age: 21-38 years.
Compensation:
- CTC -₹3.20 LPA to ₹3.80 LPA + performance incentives.
