· Hiring and training of competent advisors
· Selling potential advisors on a job opportunity during recruitment
· Make sure advisers receive adequate instruction on the product, rules, and other selling inputs.
· Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of daily activity tracking advisors
· Providing needs-based training and motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors while paying special attention to average performers.
· By going to client meetings with the advisors, impart product and practical training.
· Directing them towards reaching revenue goals and the sales funnel.
· Responsible for generating sales and achieving corporate goals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Knowledge of banking products and services.
· Sales and customer service experience.
· Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
