Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with a Sales Background who can work with the team and work in the field

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Team of Sales Managers will be responsible for the Recruitment of a Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional networks.

– Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team.

– Identify; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors

– Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connect between the agents and the company.

– Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

– Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.

– Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.

Candidate Profile :

– Any Bachelor Degree

– 2 + years experience in sales and marketing in any field

– Age between 21 to 38

– Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.

– Ability to lead a sales team.

– Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
