Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide guidance and inspiration to field sales representatives while leading, training, and evaluating them.
· Execute strategic sales strategy in order to meet or surpass BFSI sales targets.
· Increase your consumer base by acquiring new accounts and developing client relationships.
· Maintain solid connections with key clients by providing specialized financial solutions to their requirements.
· Maintain current knowledge of industry developments, market circumstances, and competitor actions.
· Coach and coach the sales staff in order to improve their sales abilities, product knowledge, and customer service.
· Present monthly sales reports to senior management, emphasizing important performance indicators and areas for development.
· Ensure that sales operations are in accordance with rules.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
· Proven experience in field sales management within the BFSI sector.
· Strong understanding of financial products and services.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
· Results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
