The Area Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in a company. This position requires a dynamic individual with industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management who will contribute to the success of our organization through maintain superior customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a high performing team of insurance agents.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Identify potential customers or clients through research, networking, and referrals.
Qualification Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Demonstrable track record of at least 2 year in on-field sales functions.
Age bracket: 21 to 38 years.
