For the top insurance company in India, we are searching for a highly motivated Area Sales Manager in the agency vertical.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead an organization of sales managers.
•  Assembling the agency and hiring the group of sales managers
•  Find and approach potential new customers in the insurance industry.
• Create and put into action successful sales strategy.
• Compile and deliver sales reports to the management team.
• Establish trusting bonds with both current and potential customers.

Requirement-

• Min 2+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
• Qualification- Graduation mandatory
• CTC- Up To 3.45 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
• AGE : 21 to 38 Years
