Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support our agency channel in achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the life insurance industry, strong leadership qualities, and a successful track record in driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies.
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team.
Recruit and train new sales agents.
Monitor and assess agent performance.
Cultivate agency relationships and pursue new partnerships.
Master the company’s life insurance products for effective communication.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in life insurance, preferably in agency roles.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Capability to motivate and efficiently manage a sales team.
Organized with strong time management skills.
