Responsibilities

  • Recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them
  • Motivate agents to achieve the company’s targets
  • Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance
  • Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
