Area Sales Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to help our agency channel achieve its sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the life insurance sector, excellent leadership skills, and a proven record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
- Recruit and train new sales agents.
- Evaluate and monitor the performance of agents.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and seek out new partnership opportunities.
- Gain expertise in the company’s life insurance products to enhance communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in life insurance, ideally in agency roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively motivate and manage a sales team.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
