Manage a team of insurance agents to sell life insurance policies in a specific area.

Responsibilities:

Hire and train insurance agents.
Set sales goals and help agents meet them.
Grow the number of insurance agents in the area.
Make sure agents follow company rules.

Requirements:

Good at leading and motivating people.
Knows the life insurance business.
Strong sales skills.
Willing to travel to meet agents and customers.
Age: 21 to 38

Experience: Min 2 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
