Job Description

Motivated people are needed to fill the position of manager or team leader in our team. You will be in charge of marketing and selling the product as a manager or team leader.

Responsibilities:

• Determine prospective customers and create leads using a variety of methods.

• Use them to hire staff and close deals on products.

• Tailor insurance options to your consumers’ individual needs.

• To guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction, cultivate and preserve connections with clients.

• Meet the company’s sales goals and quotas.

• Remain current with product knowledge, industry trends, and legal and regulatory obligations.

• Enhance sales strategy and performance by working together with agency managers and team members.

• Both before and after the sale, give exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• min 2 years in sales and marketing (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable)

• Must be Graduate

• Must be local candidates

• Age between 23 to 38 years
